Job Description:
Are you passionate about coffee, baked goods, and providing exceptional customer service? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Store Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our coffee shop and bakery.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily operations of the coffee shop, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
2. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to maintain high standards of product quality and customer satisfaction.
3. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, enhance profitability, and improve overall efficiency.
4. Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed to ensure adequate stock availability.
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, adhering to health and safety regulations.
6. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
7. Collaborate with the management team to develop marketing initiatives and promotional activities to drive business growth.
8. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, inventory management, and other key metrics for management review.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a retail shop or cafe setting.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing budgets.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and appreciation for quality coffee and baked goods.
