Customer Service Advisor – Cheltenham
£23,400 p/a plus generous quarterly bonus.

Then come join us as a Customer Service Advisor and you’ll work Monday to Friday, just 37.5 hours a week! No experience necessary as we will provide you with full training! We offer a basic salary of £23,400 p/a plus a generous quarterly bonus so you can earn up to £27,400 per year. With a start date 27th January 2025, you’ll have a 4-week induction followed by an 8-week training academy. * Providing great customer service to existing clients over the phone and via email, so having attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly, plus a positive attitude is a must.
* Efficiently manage high call volumes in our dynamic contact centre environment meeting and exceeding performance KPIs and targets.
* You will need to enjoy working in a team; we work hard, help and support each other and we’re driven to achieve all our team goals and objectives… all whilst having a lot of fun!
