About the Role: As an English Teacher, you will play a crucial role in delivering engaging and challenging English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. Ideal Candidate: A passion for English literature and language, with a strong understanding of literary analysis and creative writing. A relevant teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent) and a strong academic background in English literature or a related field. Proven experience teaching English at secondary level, ideally within an Outstanding Ofsted-rated school, with a proven track record of achieving excellent student outcomes. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
