We are working with a fabulous charity client who are looking for a Corporate Partnerships Executive to join their team for a 12-month contract.
Key Responsibilities
The post holder will support the team in working with corporate partners to achieve annual targets and the corporate fundraising strategy. This includes:
1. Monitoring the corporate inbox, addressing all enquiries and providing timely responses.
2. Cultivating relationships with external partners, fundraising colleagues, senior staff, and other colleagues to maximise impact and funds raised.
3. Organise and deliver meetings, events, and corporate partner activities, ensuring a high-quality experience through collaboration.
4. Manage assets, agreements, and marketing to meet deadlines.
5. Maintain strong partner relationships through proactive communication and excellent stewardship.
6. Ensure timely and impactful partner recognition and reporting.
7. Account manage corporate partnerships, developing and delivering joint marketing plans.
8. Maintain accurate CRM records.
9. Manage and update the corporate website section, ensuring necessary approvals.
10. Plan and schedule weekly LinkedIn content on a quarterly basis.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills and the ability to adhere to tight deadlines. They will also demonstrate:

12. Proven ability to be a team player with ease in communicating with a diverse range of individuals, including volunteers, donors, stakeholders, and supporters.
13. Essential experience or knowledge of working with corporate partners.
