1. Ensure effective implementation of the Company Health and Safety Policy.
2. Comply with all statutory health and safety obligations as outlined in the Arriva HS&E Management System.
3. Ensure the site team delivers exceptional service in line with stakeholder requirements, company policies, and procedures.
4. Foster business relationships crucial to local performance and collaborate with Local Authorities.
5. Ensure timely and thorough responses to customer complaints, taking appropriate actions to prevent recurrence.
6. Maintain secure management and storage of lost property.
7. Promote Arriva’s values and support an organisational culture of Equality, Diversity, & Inclusion (ED&I).
8. Collaborate with the Site Manager to ensure the site has adequate resources, capability, and competence.
9. Motivate and engage site teams to achieve high performance and effective collaboration.
10. Forge strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including the Trade Union.
11. Support the delivery of outstanding service and operational compliance.
12. Work with the commercial team to continuously review networks and customer feedback.
13. Utilize business performance management tools to drive personal and team accountability for business success.
14. Assist in the development of the site’s annual budget and business plan.
15. Focus on maximizing revenue and controlling operating costs.
16. Continuously review financial performance against budget and recommend actions to address any shortfalls.
17. Identify and recommend improvements to processes and systems.
18. Act as a Change Agent and Value Creator, driving operational excellence through innovation.
19. Uphold and promote the reputation and values of Arriva in all business relationships and activities.
20. Commitment to working towards becoming the Site Accountable Manager.
