THE JOBKey Responsibilities: As an Office Administrator, your duties will include:
General Administrative Support:
* Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and ensuring messages are relayed promptly
* Preparing, formatting, and distributing documents such as memos, reports, and presentations
* Maintaining the office filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring documents are well-organised and accessible
* Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff
* Ensuring office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers) are in good working order and arranging maintenance when necessary.
Reception Duties:
* Covering reception for the Receptionist as and when required
* Greeting visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner
* Managing the front desk operations, ensuring that the office environment is tidy and presentable
