Department Overview: The Sales Operations and Network Development function supports the continuous improvement of business performance through measurement, standards and the pursuit of excellence. The specific scope of the role is aligned to this objective through the management and development of intelligence and insight related to the global dealer network. Job Purpose: You will be responsible for analysing performance data across Aston Martin’s global dealer network. You will work with large datasets to extract key insights, build data-driven reports, and use visualization tools to communicate findings. The goal is to help improve dealer performance, streamline processes, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Design and maintain custom reports and dashboards that provide real-time insights into dealer performance, using tools like Power BI, Tableau, DOMO, or similar platforms. Be proactive, challenge current analysis and link insights from across the whole of Aston Martin Continuously improve tools and processes for measuring and evaluating dealer performance to align with company goals. Create monthly reports incorporating data on market share, financials, audits, mystery shops, and vehicle performance (new and used). Oversee dealer performance management systems, ensuring adoption and engagement across teams. Provide insights and trends to regional teams to help optimize dealer network performance. Lead the development and implementation of future standards and performance programs Collaborate with the Network Performance team to review and improve dealer operating standards. Work closely with regional teams on data analysis and dealer performance. This role is closely embedded in the work of dealer network development and dealer appointment as well as liaising with the regional teams when it comes to dealer data and analysing dealer composites. Experience and Qualifications: Essential: Proficiency in data visualization and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or DOMO to build interactive dashboards and reports. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros) and experience with SQL is an advantage. Excellent planning and organisation skills with a strong ability to think strategically. Experienced and strong background in creating PowerPoint decks and presenting Educated to degree standard or equivalent. Preferred: Working knowledge of Salesforce Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and an ability to simplify complex analysis to non-expert stakeholders Comfortable with negotiating key business requirements Working with business Composite data and an understanding of relevant financial information and reporting Working knowledge of automotive/car dealership business model Business discipline Skills/Behaviours: Strong Project Management and organisational skills Strong presentation skills and ability to manage conflict An interest in industry trends and the commercial context of Network Performance This is a desk-based role working Monday to Thursday from 08:30 to 17:00 and on Friday from 08:00 to 15:30.
