Role Overview:
The Project Manager will oversee civil engineering and groundworks projects from handover to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards while maintaining strong client relationships.
Types of Projects:

Roads, drainage, and utilities installation.

Groundworks for commercial, residential, and industrial sites.

Earthworks, foundations, and reinforced concrete structures.

Site clearance, enabling works, and demolition.
*
Temporary works and public realm improvements.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage project handovers, liaising with client and site teams.
*
Plan and coordinate labour, materials, plant, and subcontractors efficiently.
*
Ensure programme adherence, quality control, and compliance with HSE regulations.
*
Conduct site visits, track progress, troubleshoot issues, and maintain records.
*
Prepare and issue RAMS, risk assessments, and manage HSE compliance.
*
Monitor budgets, cost tracking, valuations, and ensure timely payments.
Skills & Experience:
*
5+ years’ experience in civil engineering or groundworks project management.
*
Strong knowledge of earthworks, drainage, utilities, and reinforced concrete.
*
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
*
Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office.
*
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
