Excellerate Services UK is an award-winning quality driven contract cleaning & support services specialist with an innovative approach to delivering value-engineered Soft FM solutions to today’s-built environment.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate previous management experience with the ability to train staff. You will assist in ensuring we are meeting our clients' cleaning expectations whilst operating in a professional manner. You are passionate about delivering a personable and reliable service to our clients.

Role Specifications:
1. All round cleaning experience
2. Able to work on own initiative and manage own time
3. Able to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management team
4. Good knowledge of Health and Safety and COSHH
5. High standard of personal hygiene and appearance
6. Ensure the Company’s Health and Safety and Environmental Policies are adhered to
7. Use chemicals, disposables, and equipment safely and as per training, ensuring efficient use of resources to reduce waste
8. Observe H&S guidelines at all times, ensuring use of safety signs and barriers
9. Maintain cleaning cupboards, ensuring they are stocked and clean
10. Report on Health and Safety, products, equipment or other site issues, completing any required paperwork
11. Complete any forms and paperwork as required
12. Comply with all Company and Client policies and procedures, statutory regulations relating to your workplace, including but not limited to fire; health and safety; hygiene; working safely; COSHH.
13. Report and take necessary action for any incidents of accidents, fire, theft, loss, damage or other irregularities
14. Deal with any complaints/issues from customers immediately and report directly to your supervisor.
15. Be flexible to work additional hours to cover holiday and sickness within the team
Role Requirements:
1. Have the right to work in the UK
2. Have a good understanding of written and spoken English due to Health and Safety on sites
3. Ensure a high standard of personal hygiene is maintained at all times
4. Uniform provided and specified is worn with care, being clean and ironed
Working Hours for a Cleaning Team Leader: 15 Hours
1. Monday to Friday 6PM - 8PM
