We're delighted to be recruiting for a new Operational Support Assistant to join our vibrant Operational Support Team No day is ever the same and our Contact Centre is no different. We’ll provide you with the full training and ongoing support to make sure you’re equipped to deal with the wide variety of customer queries our teams handle and so you can keep growing professionally. You’ll be based in our Head Office in Eastleigh, in a varied team which provides support across the business. What you’ll be doing: · Administration support to the business · Supporting customers with payments and setting up direct debits · Helping customers in our reception · Taking calls and responding to emails We’re looking for: · Someone with a passion for helping customers and solving their problems · Experience of face to face customer service · An eye for detail · Excellent team work What you need to know If you're successful, a comprehensive training programme is provided on our systems, processes and values to enhance your existing skills and provide you with the tools and confidence to be successful within Abri. The hours for this post are 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday. The role will require office working.
