The Role:
* Shaping brand strategies and future development plans to keep everything fresh and competitive.
* Creating and maintaining long-term brand plans, using data and insights to guide decisions.
* Reviewing how the brand is performing and sharing what you find with key teams to shape the way forward.
* Developing an 18-month roadmap of ideas and projects to boost growth and customer engagement.
* Partnering with marketing teams to create campaigns that hit the mark and build brand love.
* Keeping brand standards on point across everything from service to communications.
* Streamlining customer journeys by improving touchpoints and finding new ways to enhance their experience.
* Managing brand partnerships to help grow the brand and strengthen its reputation.
* Collaborating with operational teams to ensure every part of the business reflects the brand’s purpose.
What We’re Looking For
* Solid experience in brand management in FMCG.
* A great communicator who can work with different teams and bring people together.
* Analytical skills to interpret data and turn insights into action.
* Strong project management abilities and attention to detail.
* Creativity and a natural flair for keeping brand consistency alive.
* Experience in campaign planning and execution, with a focus on the customer.
