Sales Administrator – Bromsgrove

* Hours 8:30-5, 9-5:30 (alternating weeks) 1 hr lunch
* Hybrid working – 2 days work from home, 3 days in office
* Total 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays
We are working with a respected Dealer group in the West Midlands in their search for a Sales Administrator to join their Central team, reporting to the Sales Administrator Team Leader.
Job responsibilities:
* Produce invoices for new, used and trade sales, analyse accordingly.
* Ensure AFRL is processed in accordance with the processes laid down by DVLA and manufacturers.
* Use manufacturer portals to register new vehicles.
* Register assistance and warranty policies on used car sales.
* Tax company courtesy vehicles.
* Upload paperwork to an electronic deal file system for use by the sales department and customers.
* Ensure that the sales administration department complies with the aims and objectives of the Company and the manufacturer customer satisfaction programmes.
* Process consignment notes and vehicle invoices from the manufacturers.
* Prepare monthly reports, including but not limited to uninvoiced lines, unreceived costs, floorstock statements, qualifying vehicles.
* Perform any ad hoc tasks set by Team Leader or Sales Managers.
Ideal candidate will have:
* Keyloop or Kerridge experience.
* Experience in the motor trade.
