Salary: £56,871 - £63,770 per annum (dependent on experience)
Additional Bonus: £3,120 per additional home successfully onboarded

This presents an incredible opportunity for a skilled and passionate Registered Manager to lead this expansion while ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance.
Job Description:
As the Registered Manager for Welcare Global Supported Accommodation, you will oversee all aspects of our services, ensuring compliance, quality assurance, and a child-centred approach. You will also play a pivotal role in onboarding new homes, with a bonus of £3,120 for each home successfully onboarded during the expansion process. Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Team Management
● Lead and manage the daily operations of the supported accommodation home, ensuring the highest quality of care is delivered.
● Recruit, mentor, and develop a skilled and motivated staff team.
● Conduct regular team meetings, supervision, and training sessions to promote continuous professional development and service excellence.
● Foster a positive, inclusive culture that aligns with Welcare's mission and values.
2. Expansion and Development
● Oversee the onboarding and operational setup of up to four additional homes over the next year.
● Collaborate with senior management to ensure new homes meet regulatory and operational standards.
● Drive service growth while maintaining a high standard of care and compliance.
3. Care and Support Management
● Develop and implement individualised support plans and risk assessments tailored to each young person's needs and goals.
● Support young people in developing essential life skills, promoting their independence and personal growth.
● Ensure the welfare and safeguarding of all residents, acting as the Designated Safeguarding Lead when required.
4. Compliance and Quality Assurance
● Maintain full compliance with regulatory requirements, ensuring all homes adhere to Ofsted standards.
● Conduct regular audits and reviews, implementing improvements where needed.
● Prepare for and participate in inspections, aiming to achieve high ratings.
5. Multi-Agency Collaboration
● Build and maintain relationships with social workers, commissioners, and external agencies.
● Represent Welcare at multi-agency meetings, advocating for the needs of the young people.
6. Operational Oversight
● Ensure the homes are well-maintained, clean, and meet health and safety standards.
● Manage budgets and resources efficiently to maintain financial accountability.
Person Specification:
1. Experience and Skills
● A minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior management role within supported accommodation or similar services.
● Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and legislation related to Looked After Children.
● Proven ability to manage and develop staff teams effectively.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with young people, staff, and external stakeholders.
● Experience in service expansion or project management is an advantage.
2. Qualifications
● NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) or willingness to complete this qualification.
● Commitment to ongoing professional development, including advanced training opportunities valued at up to £8,000.
