We are seeking a customer-focused and technically skilled Internal Application/Support Engineer to join a dynamic and supportive team. This role is responsible for supporting the specification and quotation of core flow and level products. This role is perfect for someone who is commercially aware and capable of engaging with customers effectively. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer technical enquiries Provide troubleshooting assistance for wiring configurations and instrument setup Specify products based on customer requirements (full training provided). Generate quotations for products and follow up with customers. Liaise with suppliers on technical and commercial matters. Utilise company databases to provide and manage quotations. Maintain and update internal databases Organise and maintain documentation and filing systems. Work in accordance with the company’s Quality Management System (QMS). Occasionally assist with receiving, checking, packaging, and dispatching orders. Perform any other reasonable tasks required to support the business and its customers. Candidate Profile: This position would be ideal for a Sales Engineer or an individual with hands-on engineering experience looking to transition into a client-focused role. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a willingness to learn and adapt within a small but dynamic team environment.
