Job Description
A corporate intelligence provider is seeking to appoint a Case Manager to join its London office.
As a Case Manager / Investigation Manager, you will work closely with the senior team to manage projects and drive growth in the business. The candidate will work on a range of complex and multi-jurisdictional projects, including commercial litigation and international arbitration cases, and potentially international supply chain and fraud investigations, working on multiple assignments simultaneously.
Although working as part of a team, you will often be relied upon to drive forward existing client engagements. The firm would also expect the candidate to develop new initiatives and identify opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Investigations casework
Development and execution of tailored investigative research methodologies and project proposals based on often limited information from the client;
Preparation and quality control of client deliverables via oversight of the research conducted by analysts, sub-contractors and investigators;
Independent research initiatives, including fieldwork, to obtain results on important casework;
Involvement in overall casework management and administration;
Identifying and developing resources useful for investigative research;
Training and supporting junior analysts;
Business development
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Assist the senior team in identifying new business opportunities and developing proposals for new or additional services.
Over time, become responsible for bringing such new opportunities to the company.
Support research and drafting of project proposals across the business and broader business development initiatives;
Monitor developing trends in the market and identify niche demand-side or supply-side opportunities for the company;
Participate in industry events and conferences to expand the company's network and visibility;
Delivery of training seminars to drive client engagement;

Skills, Knowledge & Experience
Candidate should have at least five years' experience managing investigations or intelligence projects.
Track record of managing and developing client relationships over the project cycle, with an ability to manage multiple, time sensitive matters simultaneously.
Track record of success in delivering client outcomes is required, familiarity with litigation / dispute process is desirable.
Strong knowledge of intelligence analysis techniques, legal and regulatory requirements, and emerging trends in the field.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree desirable.
Excellent written and oral English-language communication skills.
Proficiency in second languages is desirable, e.g. Arabic, French, German, Greek, Russian, Turkish or Ukrainian.
