Teaching Tomorrow, a well thought after local teaching agency, are super excited to be supporting a large secondary school based in the heart of Dunstable, with appointing a English Literature teacher to join their team on a part-time basis. The position involves teaching primarily Key Stage 4 students, 3 days per week, to commence from after October half term, until the Easter break. The ideal candidate would be an experienced, dedicated and extremely imaginative Teacher, with a passion for the subject and helping students develop their understanding and appreciation of English literature. You will join an highly supportive English department, and school dedicated to the holistic developments of their students. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Strong knowledge of the English and Literature national UK curriculum Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual students Enthusiasm for promoting health and wellbeing among young people.
