We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven RVN to become our Veterinary Clinical Nursing Manager.
The role:
As a key member of our senior leadership team, you’ll be empowered to guide, support and mentor our experienced RVN and client care teams to deliver the highest standards of clinical excellence and patient care.

Responsibilities:
* Delivery of strategic, professional, and operational nursing leadership for the nursing teams across the practice.
* Provide a nursing voice at a senior level.
* Identify areas of development within the nursing team to ensure the practice runs smoothly.
* Ensure practice and group policies are up to date and adhered to.
* Contribute to the clinical work together with offering expertise and knowledge.
The team:
Moor Cottage is a progressive, forward-thinking practice, based in Bracknell, Berkshire. We boast a fantastic separate cat clinic with a silver ISFM accreditation and an ever-growing nurse consult service. Could you be the nurse to take this to the next level?

What we are looking for:
The successful candidate will be a key member of the practice senior leadership team and will have proven experience of leading and managing a team together with vast experience as an RVN.
This role is split between clinical and non-clinical duties.
