Are you an experienced Care Manager looking to join a supportive charity in managing their 6 rated service? Are you passionate with a drive to provide the highest levels of service?
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a passionate and skilled Manager to join a well-established and growing team at their highly rated small LD home in the Inverness area. My client is a leading charity supporting individuals with learning disabilities, mental health problems, autism, and associated complex behaviours.
The Service Manager will oversee a small residential home catering for those with learning disabilities, reporting directly to the Regional Manager. You will be responsible for ensuring the residents receive the best standards of care whilst being the clinical and business lead in all areas of the services, including holding the CI registration. You will need to be enthusiastic about communicating with and supporting people in a person-centred manner. The ideal candidate will be a passionate individual with management experience within a clinical/care setting.
As the Service Manager, the following is required:
1. Management qualification in care - SVQ Level 4 or equivalent
2. Experience in managing care teams / supervisory or management experience in a care environment
3. Strong people and communication skills
4. Excellent customer service
