Your New Company A highly successful and growing organisation in Peterborough requires a Payroll Administrator to join them on a full-time and permanent basis. Your new role As Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the completion of the monthly payroll. Duties include: Processing of starters and employee changes, including statutory and non-statutory deductions. Handling payroll related queries. Ensuring HMRC regulations are adhered to. Reconciling monthly reports to payroll data. What You'll Need To Succeed To excel in this role, you should have experience in a payroll function and be knowledgeable about PAYE, statutory maternity and sick pay, court orders, and student loans. You must demonstrate the ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in Excel and excellent communication skills are essential.
