We are looking to add to our existing, experienced and friendly team here in The Restaurant at the Hollybush Garden Centre.
We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of experience at Chef De Partie level and a great team player! This is a fast-paced and busy kitchen, and previous experience in a similar environment is essential. Ideally, previous experience working in a Garden Centre would be highly beneficial, although not essential for the right candidate.
We operate during daytime only, offering an attractive work/life balance and the benefit of every other weekend off.
Experience working with allergens and Food Safety Level 2 are essential; further training will be provided on HACCP, COSHH, Health and Safety, and more.
