Working pattern: Term time only & Inset days (39 weeks)
Hours: 20 hours per week, 4 hours per day Monday - Friday (mornings, but some flexibility with start time possible)
Actual starting salary (calculated pro rata): £10,895 per annum
Salaries are paid in 12 equal monthly instalments
The Burgess Hill Academy are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to provide support to the Academy Business Manager with recruitment and general staffing administration.
Duties will include:
* Providing administrative support to the recruitment process using our recruitment portal (Jobtrain)
* Co-ordinating the induction process for new staff
* Ensuring the Single Central Record is kept up to date with starters, leavers and training
* Liaising with the central People Team regarding contract changes, leavers etc
This opportunity will suit you if you have:
* Excellent interpersonal, organisation and communication skills
* Ability to demonstrate a high level of accuracy in input and proof checking with enhanced attention to detail.
* Experience of working within a school environment or within an HR/recruitment role would be desirable although not essential
