This role has a starting salary of £14.86 per hour (comprising £12.93 per hour plus £1.93 holiday entitlement)
We are excited to be hiring a number of bank Outdoor Learning Instructors, to join our dynamic Outdoor Learning team at Surrey Outdoor Learning and Development. This role will suit individuals who are keen to work adhoc days / weeks.
Our centres are:
* High Ashurst, Mickleham Dorking, Surrey, RH5 6DQ
* Henley Fort, Guildford, Surrey, GU2 4RH
Our Outdoor Learning Instructors work across all of SOLD's provision with a primary base at one our centres.

At Surrey Outdoor Learning and Development (SOLD), we offer our visitors carefully facilitated bespoke programmes in the outdoors, creating positive learning outcomes and experiences. We strive for high quality in everything we do, including health and safety matters, our customer experience, our facilities, our range of services and our staff.
About the Role
This is a fantastic role delivering high-quality programmes to ensure that our visitors benefit positively from participating in outdoor learning. Our team work with a range of groups which include primary, secondary, college, graduate and adult age groups, SEN and family groups.
Shortlisting Criteria
To be considered for shortlisting for this position, your application will clearly evidence the following:
* A minimum of one national governing body qualification in adventurous outdoor activities
* Knowledge and understanding of theories relating to outdoor learning
* Positive and solution focused attitude
