Salary: Band H - £26800.00 to £29250.00 FTE (dep on qualifications and experience) - actual £13400.00 to £14625.00

The amazing Projects Team here at East Coast College is looking for a Job Coach to help support young people as part of the Thrive Project delivery.
Funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund and delivered on behalf of a consortium of Suffolk Local Authorities, this is a highly localized and responsive program of support to Adults who are not in work.
As a Job Coach, you will have the responsibility for supporting individuals who have barriers to successful progression to develop their plans for employment or training within the East Suffolk district. You will offer access to the college’s network of employers, training programs, other education providers, and apprenticeships, aiming to achieve an education, employment, or training (EET) outcome.
Key Responsibilities:
* Access to personal transport: Travel between campuses and within the community.
* Coaching/Mentoring: Inspire and train individuals.
* Networking: Build links with providers and support agencies.
* IT Literacy: Engage in skills development.
