Job summary We are seeking to appoint a registered nurse to support the implementation of the Newcastle Career Start Nursing Programme (CSNP). This Primary Care developmental programme offers successful candidates a structured, two-year training opportunity, designed for registered nurses looking to gain the skills and experience required to work as a Practice Nurse within primary care. Clinical services will be delivered in accordance with the health needs of the local population, ensuring that the level of care is appropriate to the candidates experience and development. The programme will combine both supervised and unsupervised clinical practice across an allocated cluster of general practices, alongside structured university training and in-practice professional development.
