As a Team Member, you will support with the day-to-day operation including the running of the Food service areas and bars to ensure a high level of service is offered to guests. Key Responsibilities: To meet and greet the guests, getting them set up on the activities booked ensuring the process is friendly and efficient. Handle cash and card payments accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area. Ensure stock levels are maintained and replenished as needed. Engage with customers to create a fun, lively atmosphere. Follow all health and safety standards and adhere to licensing laws.
