ROLE – Sales Administrator
LOCATION – Belfast
About the role:
In this role you will be the first point of contact for ERIKS customers when enquiring about our products and services.
At ERIKS, every day is different, from the nature of the products on offer, to the industry our customers are from.
You'll be adaptable, a problem solver, and want to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Initiating, developing, and maintaining customer relationships.
2. Establishing customer requirements.
3. Preparing, submitting, and following up customer quotations.
4. Order processing.
5. Providing basic levels of technical support on the products/services available from ERIKS (Full training provided).
6. Introducing customers to new products/services.
7. Providing market leading levels of customer service
8. Proactively calling downtraders and following up on live quotes in order to generate additional business.
9. Attending local customer premises, delivering orders when required.
10. Receipting and checking replenishment stock as it arrives from the ERIKS FCE or external suppliers.
About you -
11. You will be the ‘face of ERIKS’ and as such we expect a high level of professionalism at all times.
12. Follow all ERIKS health and safety procedures and policies and or those required by customers.
13. Looks for opportunities to improve the customer experience.
14. Strong team player with a positive 'can-do' attitude
15. Strong written and verbal communication skills
16. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
17. Administrative Skills - Confident and able to work with Microsoft packages such as outlook and excel
18. Knowledge of a similar industry is preferable but not essential
19. Full UK Driving Licence
Working hours:
Mon - Fri: 8.30am-5.30pm
Weekly hours: 40
Breaks: 1 hour
