About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Junior Account Manager to join a high-energy, high-growth agency. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, paid media, content creation, and social media. Working closely with senior team members, you will develop essential skills in client communication, campaign execution, and strategic planning. Key Responsibilities
Client Support & Relationship Management
* Assist in managing client accounts by maintaining regular communication and providing updates on campaign progress.
* Support the creation of client reports, highlighting key performance insights and metrics.
* Attend client meetings alongside senior team members, taking notes and ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
* Identify opportunities to optimize campaigns and help clients achieve their marketing objectives.
Campaign Execution & Coordination
* Assist in planning, executing, and managing marketing campaigns across email, social media, and paid media channels.
* Work closely with design and content teams to ensure the timely delivery of creative assets.
* Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to enhance results.
* Stay informed about industry trends and contribute fresh ideas to improve campaign effectiveness.
Strategic Support & Reporting
* Support the development of marketing strategies from initial brainstorming to execution and post-campaign analysis.
* Help create detailed reports and presentations that highlight campaign performance and recommend improvements.
* Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
Team Collaboration & Growth
* Work alongside senior account managers to gain hands-on experience and mentorship.
* Assist in coordinating tasks across projects to ensure smooth workflow.
* Contribute to team meetings with updates and ideas to enhance efficiency and campaign success.
Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing
* Collaborate with junior account executives to support their development.
* Provide guidance on campaign execution and client communication.
* Help train and upskill the team in marketing best practices and tools.
