OX26 6WD) Salary: Up to £32,000.00 (Depending on experience) Hours: 41.25 hours per week (Full Time) Shift: Monday – Thursday, 20:00-06:00 and working 1 weekend in 5 with 2 days off in lieu around the weekend. Position Overview We are looking for 2 skilled Night Painting Engineer's to join our team in Bicester Village. This role is on the night shift and requires the applicable candidate to carry out maintenance duties in compliance with the needs of the site. Responsibilities To work 4 x 10 hr. nights to complete painting and small repair works as directed. To work some weekends as the shift pattern dictates. The maintenance of fabric service and painting related issues on the Contract. The identification of additional works and implementing on authorisation. Main duties Carry out planned preventative maintenance on painting and fabric as required. Carry out planned and reactive maintenance of the building fabric as required Procure materials and equipment to carry out works through the Supervisor or Manager. Complete work sheets for works undertaken and obtain authorisation from the Clients representative. Advise Client of minor additional works and compile estimates through the Supervisor or Manager. Be available to carry out necessary works outside normal hours with additional remuneration To ensure the company Health and Safety policy is adhered to. To undertake additional duties in line with capabilities as required Person Specification Can demonstrate understanding of health and safety regulations. Understands the relevance of tool box talks, Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of working. Holds relevant professional qualifications – time served apprenticeship, C&G or equivalent Understands the administration and application of a PPM system Able to understand and act on both verbal and written instructions/procedures Computer literate Flexibility over working hours (may be required to work evenings and weekends to ensure work is co-ordinated / completed) Must have the capability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights and in confined spaces.
