The Director Corporate Sales, EMEA will report to the Senior Commercial Director, EMEA. The role involves managing a portfolio of high-value multinational/global corporate accounts within designated markets, supporting these markets with decisions on pricing, sales strategy, and policies, and achieving revenue and RPD targets with new and existing business. The goal is to consolidate customer spending in Europe into a single contract.
The Hertz Corporation operates the Hertz, Dollar Car Rental, and Thrifty Car Rental brands across approximately 9,700 locations worldwide, including North America, Europe, the Caribbean, Latin America, Africa, the Middle East, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. Hertz is one of the largest airport vehicle rental companies globally and has a highly recognized brand.
Primary responsibilities include:
1. Managing a portfolio of high-value corporate accounts.
2. Supporting markets with pricing, strategy, and policy decisions.
3. Achieving revenue and RPD targets, supporting bids, and consolidating customer spend into single contracts.
4. Exploring growth opportunities and managing account profitability.
Key duties:
* Introducing Hertz's new products/solutions into corporate accounts.
* Representing sales in internal projects related to corporate sales.
* Providing strategic support to maximize revenue.
* Identifying process improvements and product enhancements.
* Responding to customer tenders.
* Managing accounts and interfacing with global teams.
* Approving pricing over $300k in responsible countries.
* Working with intermediaries like travel agencies and self-booking tools.
Qualifications and skills:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in senior sales roles.
* Proven success in meeting/exceeding sales targets.
* Strong relationship-building and account management skills.
* Experience with cross-border teams and complex multi-country environments.
* Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI.
* Excellent communication, influencing, and organizational skills.
* Results-driven with leadership and change management abilities.
