Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our growing Studio teaching team. The ideal candidate will be committed to fostering a positive learning environment and inspiring students to achieve their full potential. This role requires creativity, patience, and a strong understanding of educational principles to effectively engage students in their learning journey. Duties
* Develop and implement Acro lesson plans that set specific student goals and cater to the diverse needs of students.
* Create a stimulating studio environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for dance & acro.
* Maintain open communication with the Studio Director regarding student performance and behaviour.
Qualifications
* A recognised Acro teaching qualification.
* Level 3 Paediatric First Aid (we can arrange this for you, if needed).
* Enhanced DBS check (we can arrange this for you, if needed).
* Public Liability Insurance.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage students of all backgrounds.
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in the welfare of students.
* A genuine interest in the growth of the studio and your role within the team.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative.
Job Type: Freelance
Pay: £25.00-£40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 – 4 per week
