You’ll help us make health happen by:
1. Taking responsibility for the well-being of residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
2. Coaching and guiding the team, providing formal and informal training for colleagues and care professionals
3. Carrying out assessments and developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans for residents
4. Monitoring work areas and practices to ensure safety and compliance with standards, policies, and legislation
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
1. A Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and a commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct and professional development
2. A positive attitude, with energy and enthusiasm to foster a supportive work environment
3. Careful, hands-on approach with a flair for helping people maintain independence, choice, and dignity
4. Effective communication skills to build strong, honest relationships with residents and their loved ones
5. A passion for coaching, guiding, and supporting your team, including delivering training programs
6. A respectful, compassionate team player committed to giving your personal best
