Together we are seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse within an Acute Mental Health Hospital for young people and adults with acute mental health needs and personality disorder in an established 24 hour care environment. The hospital also has a CAMHS Tier 4 Low Secure service for young people aged 13-18 years. You can choose to work in either the Adult Service or the CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services) department of the hospital, please state your preference on point of application. Key Responsibilities As a qualified Mental Health Nurse ( RMN ), you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to young people and adults with acute mental health needs. You will also support your colleagues and promote positive teamwork. Provide Compassionate Care: Deliver effective and compassionate nursing care to service users. Care Management: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans. Team Support: Mentor and support team members to foster a collaborative environment. Record Keeping: Observe, record, and report changes in service users, maintaining accurate care records. You will work in a busy ward environment that offers a mix of routine and variety, keeping you engaged and motivated.
