Job Role:
As a Maintenance Supervisor/Manager, you will be tasked with carrying out reactive, preventative, and proactive maintenance for all equipment on site.
Typical Duties will involve:
* Conducting and diagnosing electrical fault finding and repairs.
* CNC fault finding and repairs.
* Helping develop, implement, and monitor systems such as Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, and Reliability-Centred Maintenance.
* Supporting the TPM plan.
* Conducting analysis and investigations using Failure Mode Analysis and Root Cause Analysis (5 Whys) on equipment failures that affect product quality, equipment uptime, and plant capacity.
* Participating in the creation and review of maintenance procedures and policies.
* Assisting with facility repairs as required.
* Supporting machine relocation (disconnection and re-commissioning).
* Maintaining competent record keeping.
Desirable Experience:
* Relevant Engineering qualification (electrical).
* Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
* Experience with electrical motors, gear boxes, bearings, and sensors.
* Installation of machinery.
* Ability to be self-sufficient while working alongside mechanical experts.
* Demonstrated ability in root cause analysis/problem-solving processes.
* Mechanical knowledge.
* CNC knowledge - desirable.
