Post: Clinical Project Manager
Contract Type: Maternity leave post. Fixed-term for 9 months (with possible 3-month extension)
Job Overview
We are seeking a Clinical Project Manager who will be primarily based in the Cardiovascular Clinical Research Facility (CCRF). You will work as part of a closely-linked group of PIs (Leeson and Lapidaire), post-doctoral researchers, clinical and non-clinical DPhil students, clinical research assistants and physiologists/research nurses. The post offers an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant multi-disciplinary team that crosses the domains of clinical imaging, cardiovascular disease prevention and machine learning in a world-leading research environment.
Responsibilities
As a Clinical Project Manager within the group, you will play a key role in the setup and delivery of clinical studies, working with the members of the clinical research teams to help ensure efficient delivery. In addition, you will facilitate the generation of research protocols and new grant proposals as well as optimise data management and record keeping. Excellent communication skills, as well as a high degree of organisational ability, are key.
