Introduction
I am an 18-year-old girl, in the care of my father, who requires support when my father is away from the house.
Duties
To support at meal times, increase my independence, maintain my personal safety, access the community for meaningful purposes, support opportunities of interest and reduce social isolation, aid with educational work, and reduce the risk of further hospital admission and mental/physical health decline.
Hours: 31 hours a week
Term-time Rota:
Monday to Friday: 5pm – 8pm (15 hrs)
Saturday: 11am – 1pm (2 hrs) then 5-7pm (2 hrs)
Sunday: 11am – 1pm (2 hrs) then 5-7pm (2 hrs)
These hours can vary depending on activities.
School Holidays:
School holidays weekday hours will resemble weekend hours.
Rate: £12.21 per hour
Desired Experience:
Experience in supporting mental health and eating disorders.

8 am - 1 hour Assist with Breakfast
12 pm - 1 hour Assist with Lunch
5 pm - 1 hour Assist with Dinner
The additional 10 hours will be during the weekends and some weekday evenings.
