Role Overview:
Liquid Personnel is seeking a Senior Adult Social Worker to join our esteemed client. The role requires specialized knowledge of social work practice in adults with mental health conditions. The successful candidate will develop support, care, and treatment plans to meet individual outcomes and goals, using a strength-based, asset-based approach that involves family, friends, and community resources where appropriate.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide professional social work, occupational therapy, and support to individuals, children, families, and carers in line with legislation and policies.
2. Employ professional judgment to promote choice, control, and independence through various interventions.
3. Demonstrate expertise in complex situations, assessing and managing risks, and liaising with professionals, including senior staff.
4. Operate autonomously, applying expert practice in complex circumstances.
5. Possess highly developed knowledge of social work in adults with mental health conditions and be registered with Social Work England.
6. Assist in developing support and care plans tailored to individual needs, incorporating family and community options where appropriate.

Must have Social Work England registration, eligibility to work in the UK, a degree in Social Work, and post-qualification experience.
