You will lead a small team to deliver professional NHS housekeeping services in accordance with schedules/procedures and contribute to processes to ensure standards are achieved. Maintain staff records, ensuring rosters meet service needs. Be involved in staff induction/training and complete staff development reviews. Report equipment/environment defects and manage/replenish housekeeping related stock. In return, you will receive support, training, and guidance to enable you to undertake a range of duties to support your team.
