Role Overview: Provide classroom support to students with special educational needs (SEN) and behavioural needs. Assist in implementing intervention strategies to support mental well-being. Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams to create a positive learning environment. Gain hands-on experience in child development, education psychology, and behaviour management. What We’re Looking For: A degree in Psychology (or a related subject). A passion for working with children and young people. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
