Assistant Pre-Construction Manager, Salary: Up to £39k + excellent benefits, Hybrid working – Leeds office / home based
We require an Assistant Pre-Construction Manager to work for a leading construction company who specialise in off-site construction / modular building solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in an Assistant Pre-Construction Manager role, managing and administrating bid/pre-construction activities for large, multi-million-pound projects. Skilled in the control, management and communication of bid and preconstruction documentation.
The role:
1. Pre-construction Support: Assist bid and pre-construction managers throughout the tender and PCSA phases by maintaining accurate records, managing document flow, and ensuring effective team communication.
2. Bid Development: Contribute to the creation of bid response templates, presentation materials, and other marketing assets that enhance project bids. Assist with Contractor’s Proposals in collaboration with the bid team as needed.
3. Documentation and Process Management: Manage project records within Common Data Environments (e.g., Viewpoint), control and distribute client-, consultant- and contractor-issued documentation, attend meetings, take minutes, and ensure all relevant documents are stored appropriately.
