Position: Office Manager (Sales-Focused)

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and sales-driven Office Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and contribute to our sales efforts. The successful candidate will manage various administrative tasks and streamline workflow across departments while playing a key role in following up on enquiries, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales & Client Relationship Management:
* Follow up on client enquiries, nurture leads, and convert them into sales opportunities.
* Generate quotes using pricing software, track responses, and proactively follow up with potential clients.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
* Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies in collaboration with the director and sales team.
* Office & Operations Management:
* Manage staff holiday bookings and ensure adequate coverage is maintained.
* Schedule work for the workshop, coordinating with the production manager to meet project deadlines.
* Place orders for materials and monitor inventory levels to support production requirements.
* Liaise with the production manager to manage targets and client deadlines effectively.
* Keep management software up to date, tracking job progress and updating project statuses.
* CRM & Data Management:
* Utilise the company CRM system to maintain client information, track follow-ups, and manage outstanding tasks.
* Ensure that all client communications are logged, and future sales opportunities are maximised.
* Process Improvement & Administration:
* Collaborate with the director to systemise production and administrative processes, including managing training records, assessments, and time sheets.
* Work alongside the production manager to ensure staff are adequately trained and document their tasks.
* Monitor vehicle servicing schedules, MOT, and other maintenance requirements.
* Expand and update health and safety policy documents, ensuring compliance and managing information effectively.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in office management or a related administrative role, with a strong emphasis on sales support and client relationship management.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
* Proficiency in using management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations and experience in policy management is desirable.
* Experience in a sales environment, especially in generating and following up on leads, will be a strong advantage.

Salary: £25K - £35K depending on experience, plus sales-related bonus of 5% of sales. Expected earnings of £60K plus including bonus.
