We are excited to announce a 12-month secondment opportunity for a Production Scheduler at the Montrose site.
In this role, the Production Scheduler will be responsible for developing and managing the short-term manufacturing plan.
The successful candidate will also work closely with various stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery and execution of the plan.

In this role you will
* Execute the manufacturing plan within M-ERP (0-13 week horizon) for designated manufacturing areas at the Montrose site.
* Accommodate Production Scheduling requirements for non-standard activities while strictly adhering to the manufacturing plan
* Provide performance figures to the relevant Site Supply Planning Team
* Review and provide feedback on all critical data for which the Production Scheduler is responsible
* Identify and mitigate stock at risk, collaborating with key support functions to process any inventory write-off requests.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across the site to develop robust manufacturing plans that meet business needs in terms of volume, timing, resource utilization, and constraints.
* Proactively manage issues with all areas, developing solutions and alternative strategies as appropriate.
* Support SAP notification process.
* Attend and contribute to relevant site-wide forums, such as daily meetings, weekly improvement meetings, and the Local Change Control Pane.
* Lead site scheduling meetings and L3 cost and delivery meeting

* Highly proficient in the use of MS Office products, e.g. Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint.

* Experience of ERP system (SAP or equivalent ).
