Job Description
What will you be doing?
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Reward team in London. You will work closely with the Senior Reward Business Partner and the rest of the HR team to support the delivery of Evelyn Partners Reward proposition.
As Reward Analyst, your responsibilities will include among others:
1. Support with financial analysis, modelling and process management on various matters associated with an employee’s total compensation including salary review and bonus schemes.
2. Support the effective implementation of Reward change management initiatives.
3. Support the delivery of the annual pay review.
4. Support with market surveys and appropriate regulatory returns, such as Gender Pay Gap Reporting.
5. Support with budget tracking activities.
6. Support the wider HR team by providing analysis when required.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
1. Strong analytical, numerical and modelling skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
2. Ability to learn core Reward terminology and best practice.
3. Ability to work at pace and deliver against established personal and team targets.
4. Good eye for detail and highly articulate with excellent written and verbal skills.
5. Delivery and results orientated and able to adapt to changing context.
6. Resilient, approachable and confident with an ability to adapt style to different audiences.
7. Previous HR and Reward experience or knowledge not required but desirable.
