£26,210 + annual bonus upto £1500

Duties
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our client’s team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients and customers. Your main duties will include:
- Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assisting customers with product information and troubleshooting
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining accurate customer records in our database
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Skills

- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Previous experience in a customer service role
