Customer Services Assistant

Work Pattern: 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday
The Association is seeking to recruit a highly motivated individual to work in our busy Lochgilphead Area Team, dealing with day to day customer enquiries in relation to the association’s services.
The successful candidate needs to have a minimum of 3 National 5’s or equivalent and to be competent in the use of Microsoft Office packages. The ability to provide excellent customer service is essential.
The post-holder will have regular contact with customers, staff and contractors; therefore, organisational, administrative, and communication skills are key.
