Rquirements:
- Proven success as a Business Analyst with full lifecycle delivery in business change/transformation projects, including business process modelling, scope management, estimating, costing, and specification documentation.
- Strong client relationship skills, able to effectively engage both business and IT stakeholders and manage external suppliers.
- Experience with BEMF processes, implementing products, gap analysis, process change, and exposure to business process change implementation.
- Personal attributes: persuasive, self-starter, thorough, relationship-builder, adept at managing complex programs, multitasking, and networking.
- Advantageous experience/Qualifications:
- Experience across a variety of sectors and accustomed to working with complex projects and processes.
- Completion of the BCS ISEB Diploma in Business Analysis.
Your responsibilities are:
You will join a collaborative team responsible for analyzing, defining, and modeling business processes, requirements, systems, and data with stakeholder engagement. You will investigate operational needs and problems, assist in defining acceptance tests, and determine the scope and priorities for small-scale changes. You’ll elicit and specify detailed business and system requirements, ensuring that they align with business objectives. Additionally, you will review models with stakeholders and resolve any issues that arise.
