Position Summary:
Eram Talent is seeking a Venue Manager to oversee the operations of a venue in Saudi Arabia. As a Venue Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the venue, delivering exceptional customer service, and maximizing revenue.
Responsibilities:
1. Managing staff and coordinating events and functions.
2. Handling customer inquiries and complaints.
3. Overseeing inventory and supplies.
4. Ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations.
5. Responding to guests' needs and anticipating their unstated ones through authentic interactions and guest handling throughout their visit.
6. Ensuring customer satisfaction by handling escalated complaints and queries, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing solutions to prevent future issues.
7. Encouraging issue resolution at the lowest level possible and acting as the top escalation line for the whole mainland lounge, airport, or on-island welcome center.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Venue Manager or in a similar role.
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate in English (mandatory), Arabic (preferred), and other languages (preferred).
* 10+ years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or events industry.
* Excellent problem-solving, multi-tasking, and conflict management skills.
* Bachelor's degree in business management, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
* Consistent, punctual, and regular attendance as a key member of the Guest Relations team, with the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
* Fluency in both written and spoken English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
