The Monetization Product team at TikTok focuses on building a global marketing platform that fuels growth for businesses of all sizes. This role connects to that vision by helping small businesses adopt the right solutions to grow their business.
Responsibilities:
1. Build a world-class affiliate/partnership program in EMEA that aligns with global strategy but considers country nuances, focusing on quality new SMB advertisers growth.
2. Identify new strategic partner opportunities in the region with clear opportunity sizing and develop a strategic execution plan.
3. Manage versatile partnerships from Fortune 500 companies to individual content creators by creating commission strategy, recruitment strategy, and growth strategy.
4. Have a good understanding of regional, country, and partner segmentation nuances to improve regional recruitment and partner activation efficiency, especially for UK, France, Germany, Spain, and Italy.
5. Strong communication skills to expertly communicate our value proposition with partners and maintain daily communication to improve partner performance to achieve business goals.
6. Partner closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, creator teams as well as DE/DS teams) for partner pipeline, recruitment, product enhancement, and reporting.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. 5+ years experience in affiliate marketing, channel sales, or agency recruitment, knowledgeable in affiliate marketing and partnership management.
2. Strong ability to manage and grow influencers, media agencies, and brand partners to achieve business goals.
3. Excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks, engaging and influencing cross-functional groups.
4. Knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and selling advertising products (self-serve platform, auction, and biddable form of digital advertising buying) with a customer-centric mindset. SMB insights is a plus.
5. Data-driven, capable of in-depth data interpretation, synthesizing insights through clear, concise communication.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving and strategy development experience.
2. Detail-oriented to find solutions for clients while improving internal processes and delivering feedback.
3. Strong executive presence and ability to remain calm under pressure.
4. Passion for TikTok marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up.
5. Self-starter and motivated to learn with strong oral and written communication skills for internal and external forums.
