If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you to join our expanding People team as an HR Advisor About the Role As an HR Advisor, you will: Provide expert guidance on employment matters, including contracts and employee relations, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Offer targeted advice on performance management, conduct issues, grievances, probation, and absence management, overseeing formal processes as needed. Assist with disciplinary and grievance investigations by advising on meeting protocols, drafting questions, reports, and correspondence to ensure a fair process. Maintain comprehensive documentation for all HR activities, ensuring accurate records are kept in the HR system and case management tracker. Cultivate strong relationships within the organization to enhance employee relations and recommend proactive measures based on current employment trends. Skills and Qualifications Proven experience with complex Employee Relations cases, including tribunal involvement. Ability to coach and influence managers and senior leaders effectively. Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business operations. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines. CIPD Level 5 qualification is required.
