Job Opportunity: Concierge About the Role: Join our outstanding team as a Concierge, interacting daily with high-profile customers in one of London's prestigious residential garden squares. You'll be the first point of contact, representing our team. Key Responsibilities: Provide concierge services, including support for vulnerable adults. Communicate with customers about any issues. Build trust and capture customer feedback. Ensure maintenance tasks are completed to high standards. Conduct building inspections for safety and security. Manage gardens with the Garden Landscape team. Collaborate with Operations and other teams on sustainability goals. Work Rota: Shift Pattern: 7 days on, 3 days off; 5 days on, 1 day off; 3 days on, 2 days off. Hours: 8am – 6pm, including breaks. Key Requirements: Experience in a high-end, customer-focused role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic maintenance knowledge. Team player. Enhanced DBS check required. For this role, you will be based outside.
