We are looking for a Unified Communications Manager supporting the Royal Glamorgan Hospital and surrounding area to join our Digital team at CTMUHB.
You will support the voice and data networking services at the Royal Glamorgan Hospital and surrounding sites.
You will support the installation, configuration, testing, and optimisation of the voice and data network, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.

Act as a specialist in the delivery of the Voice and Data services at the Royal Glamorgan Hospital and surrounding sites.
Support the maintenance and delivery of high-quality IT Voice and Data Communications Services at the Royal Glamorgan Hospital and surrounding sites, ensuring that the services are fully operational at all times and configured to provide optimum service.
Support specialist Voice & Data projects that impact clinical and non-clinical areas at the Royal Glamorgan Hospital and surrounding sites.
Provide operational support in the management and maintenance of all CTMUHB Voice and Data Systems at the Royal Glamorgan Hospital and surrounding sites.
